...it's like having a boxing match with a balloon...Because of the mild winter, we're seeing a lot more than usual around here. Often, we go the entire Summer without getting bitten. Not this year!

Actually, for some bizarre reason, we're having an unbelievably minor mosquito season here. No egg rafts in the troughs or birdbaths - truly a great non-mosquito season here so far.

We've had ample rain but few skeeters so far, too. I'm hoping it has something to do with the Mosquito Dunks I put in our three mudholes. They're scarce enough that I have to believe the dunks are working.

i have had great success with the dunks.. havent used them this year and i can tell the difference.. we are getting eaten..
