So I'm moving to Colorado Springs in September. Any suggestions for a good boarding barn?

I know of a few, most of them are a bit north of the city, in Black Forest.

What would you like in a boarding barn? (Please list in order of preference.)

Also, check this previous post:

Most of the barns I know are in the Black forest area. The one I board at has an indoor, outdoor, jumps, turnout, very flexible BO. Let me know if you want any more info.

That previous post is very helpful. I'll check those places out. I'll be bringing my 22yo pony jumper so I first off want her to be well taken care of. Im long aged out of the ponies but her lease is up, so shes coming with as of now. An indoor would be nice and I don't mind the busy barn atmosphere. We're both accustomed to show barns. Haha. What does board normally run out in that area?
