I've emailed Antares and haven't heard back yet so I thought I would see if you wise people know.
I'm looking at a used Antares saddle, but haven't been able to figure out the code. Help please!!

3AB E 17
M20
33 06

I think I'm right about the following but definitely wait to get a definitive answer from Antares. However, I believe that:

The 3AB refers to the flap - 3 is long and AB is slightly forward.

E is a narrow twist/seat, 17" length.

And I would guess "M20" stands for the tree size and gullet width (medium and 20 cm)?

Dunno about those last two numbers, though!

the "06" is the year made, and I think the 33 is the production number (so #33 in the 2006 year)

M20 designates that it has the standard/base model Antares tree in it, which is roughly what some other brands might call a medium-wide. There is also an M10 that is narrower, but it would equate to roughly a medium tree in many other brands.

Others have already nailed the rest of the info AFAIK!

I think M20 refers to the tree and then the thickness of the foam padding. M should be medium tree. Padding is usually a 15 or a 20. I got the 20.
