Anyone on it? My cousin is and she always gently mentions that I should try it. She gave me some of the vitamins to try but I stopped after 4 days as 1) I hate taking pills and they are big-and I just can't do it 4-5 giant vitamins twice a day and 2) my urine was a funny neon lime green colour.
I ponder trying the shake once a day. Not sure of the cleanses. There are varying reviews online............and I'm torn.

My Mother drug me in to that program a few years back. She swore it was the best thing ever, so I took the bait. Much like her favored 'Get Rich Quick Schemes', this "Lose Weight with No Thought or Effort" scheme had a similar outcome.
They don't work. And, like any quick weight loss program, the weight came back with a vengeance. Avoid.

I heard the schpiel once and first, it sounded like basic good nutrition (which I kinda follow, but with actual real food that I cook).
Then she started in on whether your body was more acidic or basic and if you were one (can't remember which, basic I think), then you really NEEDED this program because it was the only way to balance you out so I took her little litmus strip and huh, I'm acidic....
Then she began on how your body needs sodium chloride. I'm like "salt"? No no, sodium chloride... and here's our special electrolyte mix.
Yes, well, last I checked sodium chloride = salt, so I think I'm all set, thank you. When you get chemistry 101 sorted out, maybe I'll pay attention.
or not -since I'm already thin and fit without your program. And I get to eat real food.
