in the last month or so i have been going to these classes at the gym at least 2 or 3 times a week. i have found out i really like them.
who else does them and how to you incooperate them into your workout routine? how many times a week to you go?

I have a spin bike at home, and do it 5-6 days/week. I've got some DVDs of spinning workouts, so I use those often. Other times I watch stuff I've DVR'd or other DVDs.

Darn.. me too Bacardi.. and I've always wanted to meet someone who spins wool.. so I was all excited lol

Me, too! I took a spinning (wool) class just after my last child was born, but left my wheel in the US when we left however many years ago that was. So, no spinning. I have boxes of roving waiting for me when I get back, though. :cool:

But on the OP spinning....

What's the fun part of sitting on an exercise bike and taking a class in it?

At home we call it 'the hamster bike'.....
