Stiffed by one person but otherwise very pleased!

I wanted to let Erin know that my experience with the tack classifieds and the giveways was mostly positive. I was flooded with PTs from my giveaways but everyone was great! I sold some of my tack (the rest went on eBay) and mostly had positive interactions with the buyers BUT I have been stiffed for over $113 for a BRAND NEW RHINO BLANKET http://chronicleforums.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif I have tried PTs and posted to threads the the COTHer has been on but have not had a response in weeks http://chronicleforums.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_mad.gif Any other suggestions?

I am so sorry to hear that you had trouble. Especially after you having been so generous to me and several others on the giving end (I got a cooler, assorted bridle parts & cleaner).

To the person who owes Titan money - PAY up or return the goods. I am sick of hearing about folks who are stealing... if it is an honest mistake, just make it right, please.

Titan, stop dinking around and JUST POST THEIR NAME. That's what this forum is for. Do you want someone else to sell this person something without knowing his/her history? I'm sorry, there's just no excuse for not paying promptly. And three months is completely ridiculous.

Post the name, username and real name if you've got it, and then I'll suspend their posting privileges until you tell me they've paid up.

Erin - I wanted to give this person a chance since it seemed like they kept having personnal problems (which is NO excuse I know). However, I just got a PT and she said that the $$ went in the mail yesterday. If it is not here in a week, I'm done being considerate and will call them out. I would hope that this person would not do this to any other Cothers knowing that most people would have called her out months ago.

But this is the second time you've posted here and *miraculously* the person reappears and says the money is on the way. I assume you've tried to contact them via email or PT before posting here... but it's only when it seems that the person's cover is about to be blown that he/she is motivated to contact you. That's bullshit.

If they have a good excuse, they can post here and explain, and then any other COTHers who are considering selling them stuff can make up their own minds.
