It was mentioned in passing on EN that Candy Cane Eventing
Derby is a "USEA registered schooling show". Granted, I don't get out much, but I have not heard of USEA registered schooling shows. What does it require for a show to be a USEA registered schooling show?

You pay (I think) $300. They offer insurance and they put it on their website.

I did know about USEA support for educational activities,
but thought it was limited to clinics and such. Thanks for
explaining it.

Robin, our local EA started registering its shows with the USEA a couple of years ago and it has been quite beneficial. The savings on insurance combined with the extra exposure on the website has helped keep costs down and entries up.
