Need PPE Vet Suggestions in Pam Beach Gardens, FL that are familar with Dressage horses and work summers down there as it would be for horse I am trying this weekend. Seller already uses Palm Beach Equine so I think I need to go with another group or independent vet. Thanks for suggestions

John Lockamy. He's terrific. I can't find his darn phone number at the moment, though.

Dr. Craig Roberts is from the Gainesville Area, but he is one of the best: www.ctrdvm.com (http://www.ctrdvm.com)

J. Lockamy - yet another vote!
Also I had a good PPE from Palm Beach Equine, cannot remember the vet's name, but he splits his time between I think NYS and Florida.

ETA: Sorry, did not read the whole first post! For others, the vet I used there was Bryan Dubynsky.

Love Dr Reid. (Loxahatchee)

Rob Boswell is also terrific. He used to work for PBE but is on his own now. (Wellington)

Naomi Katzowicz is excellent. Also former PB Equine. 561-502-7086

Thanks Everyone. I left some messages and talked to some receptionists but most wanted to wait until I am sure about the horse before they book appt. But THANK YOU Jane; Dr. Rob Boswell went ahead and let me make a tenative appointment for the first of next week and said I can cancel if the horse doesn't work out this weekend. He was very nice to talk with. Thanks

I just wanted to thank everyone again. Dr. Rob Boswell is an amazing vet and I highly recommened him now. The horse I was looking at did not end up passing the exam for my needs, but Dr. Boswell was more thorough than any PPE vet I have ever used and even helped me a bit when dealing with a very unhappy seller, after I told them I would not be pursuing the horse anymore and I was ending the PPE exam.
