Curious as to where they went. Records show they haven't competed since 2010. I know Jam was exported and then returned. Both are gray I believe.

Jam is getting on up there in age... maybe 15 or so. Cruise had some soundness issues. Bruce is only competing his young horses right now.

They are both older now and both living happily at Chesterland. I see them practically every day.

Just saw a picture of Little Tricky with Bruce in this weeks COTH Eventing Issue photo spread "Behind Barn Doors at Chesterland" (by Amy K. Dragoo). Looks like he's enjoying retirement too.

Totally agreed about that cross country round of Bruce and Little Tricky in the rain. I still have that on VHS tape. They were brilliant and it was a great lesson in cross country riding.

Love Bruce. He keeps his horses and retires them properly! Loved the pics.

I was there that year. My friends I was with had given up and went to sit in the car. I had to see every last horse. It still chokes me up, to remember that inspiring ride, both of them looking like they were having so much fun.
I love horses. they give such amazing gifts.

The VAST majority of professionals need to take a leaf out of Bruce's book. He does things by the book, and does them well!
