We have a horse that never raced, but was bought from a breeding farm as a 2 year old and trained as a hunter by a hunter/jumper trainer. If we look at his registration on USEF the breed registry just says JC (no name or JC number) and it lists the name of the breeder. My D is curious to know if her horse was registered with the JC. Since we have the name of the breeder and the horse's dam and sire is there a way we could find out this information? Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

If you give me the dam's name and the year of birth, I can look it up for you.

also, if you think you might know what his reg'd name was going to be, you can search it on Equibase.com

If you know dam and year of birth, just go to the free 5-cross pedigree on equineline.com.

He is not tattooed. LaurieB was able to help me find his registered name on equineline.com. Thanks for your help!
