I have a new pair of field boots that don't fit me that I'm trying to sell instead of dealing with Ariat (ugh), but I'm wondering where is the best place to try to sell them. I already have them listed on ebay, but no bites.

I know COTH has classifieds, but what do you have better luck with when selling H/J stuff - the actual classifieds or forums?

Already have both of those covered - any preference to coth classifieds?

Upstate NY - I dunno if I should try Craigslist or not - I don't trust the tack shop consignment place here, they charge too much and if they aren't sold within a certain amount of months, they just take the items from you without notifying you.

ditto on ebay, even though you've not yet had any bites. i've purchased 2 pairs of boots off of ebay and i know many COTH folks check listings daily... good luck!

I've had great luck with the COTH classifieds.

I'm currently trolling eBay daily to find a pair of tall boots. Just have ALL the measurements listed and start off at a decent price and I'm sure someone will be interested sooner rather than later!
