I do not want to critique and if you'd like, you can send them too me privately. I really only want to visualize it and see it ridden by a few different people. TIA

I'm also learning this test for a first time outing with my mare at this level. I googles 2011 second level dressage test 1 and got a number of good videos to watch. I have a lesson this Sunday that I plan on videoing (we'll be going over the test). I'll send you that if it turns out :)

This was at a rated show May 21. The music is me playing with my video software...as are the overlaid scores on each movement.

Envision more jump in the canter, better collection and better mediums than this, but there are no major mistakes.:D

Horse is a 7 year old Oldenburg mare.

Reddfox, Ia m doing the same thing but I want to concentrate on 2nd test 1 and keep finding all the other tests.

Saddlefitter, THANK YOU!!!!!

I practiced it today but my horse was being a BRAT and not wanting to collect. He can, but he decided to make me work and loaf his way through the test. :sigh::rolleyes:

Have you seen the DVD's riding through the levels that Chris Hickey and Betsy Berrey did? they show the test and the warm up with commentary. Very helpful.

SaddleFitter - I really hope the format you used becomes "trendy" for people. Seeing the scores by movement was kind of awesome.

www.DressageDimensions.com (http://www.DressageDimensions.com) it is called "The Winning Edge" I think you can also find it on dressagedaily.com, it shows up on Google if you enter "dressage dvd, Chris Hickey Betsy Berry"
