With all of these memorial day sales going on I have finally decided to buckle down and buy a new dressage bridle. Horse is 16 hand thoroughbred and I want something that has soft and supple leather with a flash.. Any ideas??
Thanks in advance!

I have had this for about a year and a half- and still love it.

Okay, thank you for the replies. I've read that the KL select runs a little big...so does anyone have experience with sizing or have recccomendations?

I have this one also. I got cob sized for my 16.1 TB, but the brow band was too small. I emailed KL and for the price of postage, they exchanged the brow band for horse sized.

It took a few good oilings to soften up, but now it is great. Good for every day, and cleans up nicely for shows.

I also have the KL Red Barn bridle, horse size, and it's on my 17 hand tb right now. They run really big, I'm pretty much on all the top holes. The leather is nice quality though, oils up very soft and I've had mine probably about 5 years now (with daily use and cleaning) and it still looks great. I did replace the original regular flash noseband with a crank (also Red Barn brand but in cob size) since the regular noseband was too big and I couldn't add more holes because of the padding. The crank noseband in a cob size works, but I still had to add a bunch of extra holes.

I bought this one too and was very happily surprise :D I like it as much as my custom-made Jerry's bridle that cost twice as much (and I do love Jerry's bridles)! It did not come super soft like a Jerry's bridle but was easy to make soft with lederbalsam (I would never use oil  )
