I ordered a Nathe rubber bit - and I really like it - - my horse wears a 5" so I ordered a 5".... but when the bit came from inside ring to inside ring it measures 4 1/2...

So I called Smart pack to exchange it and they have a 5 1/4 and a 5 3/4... first I don't know which one to get since this bit runs weird and second I am kind of frustrated because "I" have to pay for shipping. (and it's not a cheap bit).

Normally I wouldn't have an issue paying shipping if I flubbed up a size; but the bit isn't what it said on the web site.

What would you do? Thanks!

Smart Pak has excellent customer service.
When you call back to order, ask for a supervisor of customer service and state your case as you have done here. I'm certain they'll do something for you, and thank you for pointing out the manufacturer's issues with measurements.

What Sansena said plus they hopefully change the description on the website to reflect the sizing issue. Smart Pak has great Customer Service...Let us know what happens.
