Can someone go check on a horse for me? A friend is very worried about a horse she sent to someone down there. She has not heard from them since he got there, despite repeated emails and phone calls. She has been unable to get there herself due to illness, but will make sure the horse gets home if that is necessary.

I honestly can't imagine how a COTH peep can get involved in this situation easily. It sounds bad. I think she should obtain legal advice at this point.
