Although this is dressage based, I thought it was an interesting concept. The RIDERS are paid bonuses by their federation for medals at championships AND are financially rewarded for certain scores. Talk about performance incentive plans.

The reason I post this is because of the issue of US team riders' concern that they lose income when training before a team performance.

Perhaps the medal bonus paid to the Technical Advisor would be better spent being divided between the team riders.

Thoughts....

Well, think about it...

Is anyone really surprised that you have to bribe people to do dressage?
