View Full Version : Sweet Deal II 5/2011

Apr. 7, 2011, 02:12 PM
I want to phrase this very carefully...and I do not wish to post in G-A forum.

I am in the position to offer up another sweetheart (F) of a young (2) deal for a experianced adultish person/rider who does not mind a "small" (under 16.h @ maturity) youngster.
Zero financial exchange 100% legitamete and absolutely no issues of any sort. Zip strings attached....except refrences. ALL paper work in order and in hand.
Totally correct but not educated to tack and most definately the right sort.
I am in MD so PM me if this peaks your curiosity can provide more details and visual proof.

Bumping this up for a friend. I am a short person but don't have room for another short horse. Anyone else?

Make sure scubed sees this--she likes them young and vertically challenged (within reason). :)

I haven't forgotten! I will eagerly be checking my inbox for pictures/video to see if any of them "light my fire".. being red heads and all that!

she not only walked on cool.. she also backed off like a pro and waited patiently for me to undo the butt bar. she then went into a new field quiet and politely. she had her feet done and all shots and coggins completed within 2 hrs of being home. i pulled and cut her mane....she is not wild about pulling but tolerated most of it. i then clipped her long wild hairs and her face and legs with clippers....didn't phase her.

she then got thoroughly groomed which she loved and rapidly fell asleep in her stall. i did throw a saddle and bridle on her. she is well fed. and the best is she fits my ottb's bridle and bit perfectly.

tomorrow i will ride her... pixs to come.

she does look very huntery!

I'm so jealous of whoever ends up with that adorable chestnut mare, who is exactly what I would want were I in any position to have another horse.

so my new mare has settled in very well. she really is a love. we are working on slowing down the trot and learning about half halfts. she is very receptive. i body clipped her and she was phenomenal. she has now learned the word cookies. we have not cantered together yet. i really want her to have a great foundation so we hack out/staying in sight of the other ponies in the field. she is in love with her field buddy but doesn't freak when she is taken away. can't really say anything bad about her.

I was just thinking of you all day yesterday.
The bigger bay mare she came home w/ vetted and sold.
The fat hairy 3yr old sold as well.

I have been waiting to find out if a Bowed horse was going to be available for a "New Mom". But haven't heard back yet. Big guy well bred and sound just needs a new job.

Chestnut mare is on 24/7 t/o till middle of May..she is a luv for sure...

Wookie do keep me posted and send photo's:)
