Found this filly on a Canter site....skinny and sad looking. What do you think of her Pedigree? I am not looking, just wondering. I love the info you guys give!

FWIW- I think she has a good conformation for an event horse. Very good angles and the look of eagles. Her trainer is a good guy and has always been honest with us.

Thank you for the reply. I thought she was cute....just wondering about the breeding behind her. I have a friend looking for a new project and she may be it.

Bottom side is quite decent, as is the tail female on the top.

I wouldn't worry about pedigree too much, as she has many classic horses.

I like her, OP (not commenting on the pedigree-I don't know enough for that). And a reliable reference telling you the trainer is honest is a huge selling point!

Someone want to buy me this guy? He is seriously cute. I'll accept him as a grad school graduation gift or a wedding gift-your call ;) (Browsing CANTER horses? I must have a huge paper due tomorrow that I'm behind on or something )

Especially with mares, I love to check the damline. I see that her grand-dam had an $800,000+ winner, with 73 starts -- I love to see that, because we are talking about longevity and great structure to last like that at the track. And what a lovely name!

We have a Muttakdim here at the CANTER farm and he's delightful. Very uphill mover with a SUPER hind end. His front end will catch up ;) and he's super athletic! I like his brain, too, very settled (he's newly 4) but not a dead-head.
