I am needing new custom boots...The last 2 pairs I have had have been Vogel's...It has been 7 years or so since my last pair...what is a nice current make that carries all the details, but with a high top that stays high after break in? Are Vogel's still considered a top brand? Are Dehner's still around, popular?

Parlantis are really popular.

I heart my Dehners. I rode in them (2 horses a day) for over a decade. I had to retire them because I literally wore a hole in the calf. And I'm thrilled to see that the ones they make today are almost identical to my old ones, so as soon as I have the $$, I'm buying another pair.

Parlanti boots are great and really comfortable. Vogel's and Dehner's are still considered good boots, but these two boots are a different style than Parlanti's or Der Dau's.
I have had all of these except Der Daus and the Parlantis are my favorite.
