Quarter sheet for a bubble butt??

Hi All,

I have had quite a bit of trouble finding a quarter sheet that covers my CB geldings rather broad hind quarters. This year alone I bought a Dover, a Duratech, and a 3rd nameless brand. :eek:

Each of them has not been wide enough to cover his hind quarter, with the bottom edge falling about 1/2 way down. I tried ordering the largest size but the sheets only get longer, rather then wider. I have begun researching custom sheets but I would rather not spend $$$.

Any suggestions?

Sophie's Thermatex Quarter rug drops about 34 inches from the center. I believe it is a 5'0 though

You know what? A quarter sheet is one of the easiest things in the world to make for your horse. Go buy some polar tech fleece, then once you've decided on the size, use binding on a edges. Voila! A cheap quarter sheet custom fit to your horse!
