View Full Version : Rubber vs. Fiber Footing in Indoor

Hi All! I have a question for you.

Right now I'm weighing my footing options, and I could use any opinions!

For my indoor (74 x 140) I'm thinking that I will put in 2 inches of masonry sand and 1/2 inch of an additive.

For the additives, I can choose between rubber (1/2 in) or fiber (1/2 in) made from Nike uppers (the footing is called "Lightfoot" if you've ever heard of it).

Any opinions about what I should choose? The fiber will be about $2000 more than the rubber. But, it may be worth the extra expense....

Should I consider doing 1/4 in rubber and 1/4 fiber?

Thanks for your help!
