Anyone doing winter boarding at Foxlea Farm in Venice. I am thinking of coming down mid Feb and staying a couple of weeks - doing the end of Feb show.

Are there any trainers in the area? Any input?

TIA

I take a tack store down there for the shows and am there every year-it's a beautiful facility-you will love it!

Lovely area. If you decide to come down and show, send me a PM, and maybe I'll be able to come down and meet you/watch you show. I haven't been down to Fox Lea for awhile, but they used to have really nice rings when I was showing. Our winter wind comes out of the Northwest for the most part, so try to get a stall on the south side of a barn. Hopefully, by the time you come, the cold will be somewhat over. No guarantees!;)

Thanks for the replies. I have pretty much decided that I will come down. The weather should at least be warmer than here.

Coming mid Feb and staying through the end of the month for the show.

Looking forward to some good seafood as well!!

Also, I wouldn't mind getting some lessons while there if anyone knows of a good local trainer.

Thanks.
