Rental Lease for Farm

Would anyone have a rental contract for their farm (either from someone leasing or someone renting out the farm) that I could take a peek at? I finally found a perfect renter for my small farm, but I want to make sure I have everything covered in my lease! I know there are a blue-zillion residential leases on the web, but there is a lot on a farm that is not covered in there. :)

Equine Legal Solutions has a pretty comprehensive contract. You have to buy it, but a solid contract is well worth the small amount of money.
