This is horse related, as I am hosting a clinic this weekend. I am making both a carrot cake (cream cheese frosting, pineapple in the cake too) and an apple crumble. The apple crumble calls for a 3 1/2 to 4 quart pan- is this the equivalent of a 9"x13" pan????????????????????????

I think a 9x13 generally runs about 3 quarts.

9x13 sounds right.. apple crumble yummmm

(but I believe the French serve their horse with alot of sauce :o )
