I sadly must sell my Mikila saddle and can't decipher the code.
This is how it is stamped on the underside of the flap

Makila
2109 03
Arcade Normale (I think this is medium tree)
17 3A (I think 17" seat and 3A flap but I don't know what that means)
Made in France (I got that)

PX5
PX415
PX315

USA

any help would be greatly appreicatated

the 2109 is the 'saddle number" the 03 is the year it was made---ie your saddle is number 2109 made in the year 2003.

It is a medium tree--ei devoucoux's medium tree vs. devoucoux's wide tree.

17 inch seat with a 3A flap (longer flap with a narrower/staighter cut).

The PX numbers are how the Panels were made---so much of this and that kind of foam in this location (5mm here and 15mm there in locations 5,4 and 3). Keep in mind the panels can be completely replaced to fit something else for much less than it costs to buy new.
