I am currently showing a horse that I own (obviously) in the A/Os. The rules state that I cannot show a horse not owned by me or my family at a show in which I show my A/O horse.

There is another horse that I am leasing that I would like to show as well. It is my undestanding that I CAN show this horse (at the same show as my A/O) in non A/O classes (A/A, pre-green whatever) b/c I am leasing him, but I have to register the lease with the USEF.

So my question is, how do I register this lease? I've looked under horse information in my account online, and cannot find a place to register a lease.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

It depends on your zone if you can show in the AO Hunters and the AA hunters on a leased horse. I know in Zone 5 you can cross enter but only if you have a registered lease as you noted.

Here is the form.

In the most recent USEF magazine there were several penalties for showing a non owned horse while showing in A/O's.

While USEF will list the leased horse in your name if a lease is filed I'd make sure this situation as you described is OK by checking with USEF if you haven't already done so.
