hunter/jumper barn near DC

I posted a thread a while back regarding this issue. However, since than I have settled into life a bit more, and I am always looking for suggestions.

I am looking for a hunter-jumper barn in the DC area. I do not own a horse and would need to ride a schooling horse or lease one, I live in Georgetown, and I work on the Hill from 9am-6pm. I have heard that commuting in and out of DC is rough, but if I want to make this work.

I run a hunter/jumper barn in Potomac. We are about 30minutes from the city and you don't have to get on the beltway to get to us.
