Lowest rise breeches!?!?

This is kind of a strange thing to ask on here, but does anyone know what brand makes the "lowest" rise breeches? I own Ariat & Tailored Sportsman low rise breeches, but even they go WAY too high up on my waist. I think it's because my inseam is so short, but I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem, and if so what breeches they buy....

I live by all things Ariat, except when it comes to my breeches.
I've found that the Ariat low rides are also too high.

I buy Tuff Rider's! They're REALLY comftorable, and only two of my breeches aren't Tuff Rider's. :)

I'm VERY short waisted. (I can touch my bottom rib to the top of my hip bone just by bending sideways.) So I understand.

I feel your pain, but I really don't think you're going to find real breeches, nevertheless show breeches that are going to be any lower than a Pikeur ciara or a TS trophy hunter. And you could show in either (I get mine in side zip, you just have to order them as most stores don't stock either of these in a side zip, but they do make both.) You're looking at $169 for the TS trophy hunter and near $300 for the Pikeur.

Tuff rider makes a show breech that retails at about $70 and looks decent, but it's as high as an older Tailored cut in a "low rise". They're a rip on TS breeches, trouser-cut and slim in the knee area. Comfy, great fabric if you can find the right ones, but not any lower.

Personally, I feel stupid wearing really low breeches in the show ring. A mid-rise TS trophy hunter or a low rise TS breech that has a trouser fit in the hips and sits just below my anatomical waist is as modern as I get. And waist-high with a jacket makes life so much easier. Shirt stays tucked and doesn't flop out from under the bottom button on your jacket.

If you want them low like seven for all mankind low rise jeans you're going to have to resort to rolling over your devon-aires.

Ariat Brittany breeches have an EXTREME low rise. Decent, mid-range breech - just be sure to order a size down as I find they run big.

Coming from a low-waisty-kins, I find they sit at my waist or just a tiny, tiny hair below. They're not really extremely low rise for those of us with zero waist!

The Goode Rider breeches! Very low rise, and really cute. Ariat low rise's are waaay to high for me, TS low rise are like regular rise. Anything regular rise will go up to my breasts when I sit on a horse, I'm really short-waisted! And yes, they are more low-rise than the Pikeurs.

Try the RJ Classic low rise....they are definitely lower than the TS. Nice breech for the money too!

I recently bought a pair of FITS Beka breeches. They're super comfy and seem to be the lowest rise I've had in a pair of breeches. I actually had to break my belt out because I was starting to think they might slide down too far! LOL

I tried on the FITS beka at the tack store this weekend and don't think they're low-rise at ALL! They're up to my belly-button. I have no waist, though.

I, too, am seriously short waisted. Alas, the Brittanys have now been discontinued. Sniff. The Ariat rep this weekend told me that they are coming out with a similar style this spring. That doesn't help me now. Doubt it will - they're wonderful. The Grand Prix breeches are also pretty low.

I've worn Ariat breeches forever, because they seem to be the best in terms of addressing the waist:hip ratio (I have a minimum 12 inch, sometimes up to 14 inch difference between my waist and hip measurements... varies based on whether I've gained or lost weight recently)

BUT I'm also short-waisted. Someone else mentioned hip bone and ribs touching by bending sideways... yup.

So for those of you built in a similar fashion, do you just stick with Ariats, even if they're not quite as low-rise as ideal?...

I'm very short waisted, and long legged...make me look like Steve Irkle with a tucked in polo. Regular rise breeches hit me a few inches below my bra strap if I pull them up enough to not have a baggy crotch.

I did just get a pair of the Tuff rider low rise, they fit a little over my belly button, still not as low as I would like, but at least I don't look completely stupid!

I had some Devon Aires that fit a little better, but the fabric was very thin and showed lines easily, and I wouldn't consider them show quality.

If you want a low rise from TS you need the trophy hunters...
