An Eventing Clinic with Olympic Silver Medalist Megan Jones
October 16-17 2010






Bright Moon Farm is proudly offering a two day eventing clinic with Olympic silver medalist Megan Jones. Megan will be teaching:
• Day one: semi-private show jumping lessons at Bright Moon Farm
• Day two: groups of four cross-country at Gordonsdale cross-county schooling course

Megan has experience teaching all levels of riding, from those just starting their eventing career to experienced pairs who need a tune up. A few of her accomplishments are:
• Megan was selected to represent Australia at the 2010 Alltech World Equestrian Games
• Winner of the Adelaide CCI**** (Australia) in 2005 on her home bread Kirby Park Irish Jester
• Member of the Bronze medal team at the World Equestrian Games in Aachen in 2006
• Member of the Silver medal team at the 2008 Beijing Olympics
• Fourth individually at the 2008 Beijing Olympics

Cost of the two-day clinic is $250 (including cross-country course fee). Checks should be made payable to Bright Moon Farm and sent to Trish Conk, Bright Moon Farm, 2101 Cedar Grove Rd Winchester, VA 22603. A copy of negative coggins must be sent with entry. Refunds, minus a $25 admin fee will be made, if place can be filled from wait list. Full refund if the clinic is canceled. Please have entries in by October 1st 2010.
Upon arrival at Bright Moon Farm please come to the barn to sign a waiver. ATSM hard hats must be worn at all times when mounted. No dogs allowed on the property at any time. Stabling is limited and on a first come, first serve basis.

Directions to Bright Moon Farm:
The farm address is 2101 Cedar Grove Rd. Winchester, VA 22603
From the South: Take I-81 to exit 310 (Rt. 11 & 37). Take Rt. 37 North seven miles to the exit for Rt 522. Take 522 north 2 and a half miles and turn right on Cedar Grove Rd. The farm is four miles up on the left hand side.
From the North: Take I-81 to exit 317 (Rt. 11 to 37). After you pass through the lights, stay to the right to remain on 37 south. Take the first exit for Rt 522. Take 522 north 2 and a half miles and turn right on Cedar Grove Rd. The farm is four miles up on the left hand side.
From the East: From Rt 50 and 7, follow the directions from the north. From Rt. 66, follow the directions from the south.
For those unfamiliar with Gordonsdale cross country school course, directions will be provided on Saturday.
