aw heck, looks like i may have to burn it or pull it by hand then.
but it will be worth it. picture a lovely brookside meadow with apple trees lining the dirt road. someday...

After identifying them....some are toxic

People eat ferns and so does my mare. She relishes them,( well, anything green really) however, she is not allowed to eat them as apparently they rob the body of a B vitamin if eaten regularly raw.

Goats will eat fern and so will sheep.

We mostly have bracken fern and we pull it out by hand.

Some kinds of dinosaurs ate them, see about getting some of them.:lol:
