I remember seeing one somewhere, it was a website, but now I can't find it :(. So now I'm forced to reveal my ignorance.

I was creepin' on my friend who rode in an event, and decided to poke around and see if I knew anyone in the other divisions. Instead of a place, some of the entries had letters by their names.

What is a....:

TE? (Technical Elimination?)
RF? (Refusal?)
HC?
R?
W?
Thanks!

TE - Technical Elimination
RF - Rider Fall (Manadatory Retirement)
HC - Hors Concours - french for out of competition, basically you may compete but your score is not considered in the placings
R - retire (you start a phase and opt not to complete it)
W - withdraw (you opt not to start a phase at all)
