Here is a video of Sunny, my 11 y.o 1/2 shire. First time out and we were taking a clinic in May. I ride her Novice, but these were tiny. I LOVE her, she takes great care of me. Share yours...
This one is Whinney - 5 y.o. mare who was just broke in February (never handled before October 2009. She had never been anywhere but my place, so I think she did great. Perch cross.

Your 2 are really cute! Love seeing them out there:)
There is a lady on coth that breeds really lovely draftX's. I think her kids event...I believe her name is prodomus...or something like that.
Good luck in your adventures:)

I love the way you took the green mare and rode her out. I see a lot of people doing so much arena work and their horses never really learn to go forward.
Sunny is lovely, what a great team you two make.

I love to ride out, actually I'm much more comfy xcountry than in the stadium jumping. Maybe because I fox-hunted for about 10 years, and it just seems so much more natural to me and my horses.
Whinney is really cool, very level headed, I rode her out today in the desert and ponied Sunny - She never took a mis-step or looked at anything, even when a bunny ran right into my Jack Russell - oops.
I am soooo excited - I will be clinic-ing with Allison Springer in a few weeks on Sunny near Sun Valley Idaho. Thank you for your nice comments..

Here's my friends' Percheron x TB, Winston. He rocks Training level and has run Prelim a handful of times. Great horse!
OP - love your horses!!! We have a full draft at home (Belgian)...he is a hubby horse and is ridden western out on the trails. So didn't think it appropriate to post him here :)

Brandy, my perch/QH mare. Bought her out of a backyard, started her under saddle in Oct 2008, did her first BN at KY Classique in Aug '09, ran her first N at MayDaze.
She is the queen of having a good time and has never said "no" to me. She gave me my confidence back and now I'm hoping to find her her new very own person who needs her as badly as I did. :)

I don't have nearly as many fun pictures or videos to share, but hopefully we will someday! I've had Charlie for four weeks now...he was used by his previous owners as a driving horse for the family trips to Walmart and the occasional bareback ride. He was terribly obese and in need of farrier and dental work.
He's still overweight, but he's slowly getting in shape. In the past month he's proven to be an open-minded and willing boy who has a surprisingly cute jump (although he really would have rather eaten they hay bale jump). I hope to get him to a baby event soon!

Pictures of Tucker are in my blog and web sites, listed below in my signature. He was a PMU foal I adopted when he was 6 months and he turned 7 years last month. He is by Johnny's Showtime, a Percheron, and is out of a QH mare.
