They were sent on 5/10. No delivery confirmation purchased. Sent priority via USPS. They came back undeliverable once, confirmed address, and resent. They were not returned. I have no way of knowing that they did/did not make it, but will refund monies via PayPal only to ensure Jenny M's receipt.

I sent the boots as promised, not once, but twice. Came back undeliverable once, I reconfirmed the addy with you and resent. They were not returned again, and assumed delivered. I told you that I would be happy to refund monies by PayPal only, so that I have a saved receipt of the transaction, as well as confirmation that you received it. I will not refund money via post, as who's to say that you will insist you didn't get the refund, just as you are the boots. I'm in discussion with Erin right now as to an appropriate resolution with this. As far as me "scamming" someone else, that is false and libelling. There was one girl that wanted a set of breeches, that I offered, but she never paid for shipping. I still have them, and if she ever gets around to covering the shipping, they're hers. End of story. I'm willing to give you your refund, but I'm not going to do it in a way that I feel that you're going to say you didn't receive them. I sent the boots as agreed, and have my receipt to prove they were sent. I'm sorry if the postal service didn't deliver. I'm willing to work with you on a refund, but I need to do it in a way that I feel comfortable that the issue is going to be settled so you can put this grudge to rest. And, please, be responsible and keep these issues in their appropriate forum.
