Cooky McClung is so talented!

I'm sorry to say I rarely see columns by her these days. Does anyone know if her stuff appears anywhere on a regular basis?

She is strictly forbidden to carry a whip or curb chain, for when tempers flare her aim can be deadly. A recent addition, cotton ropes were also banned after a Wellington, Florida judge was discovered tied to the announcer’s stand and spray-painted with hoof dressing.

The pretzels and water I was eating/drinking just wound up all over the keyboard and monitor.

Loved it. Especially the "high five" pic. Can't wait to torture my daughter and melt the judges sunglasses with my stare. She turns three in July. Let the pony shopping begin.

Thanks for sharing that. As I am a "horse show mom" myself, and came up throught the ranks of Lead Line classes, I can relate and laugh.

This weekend will be the first Mother's Day that was not spent at a horse show in about 5 years. I didn't even realize it was Mother's Day because we always go to a show then!! I've never worn a big floppy hat but I am known to carry both a camera and sony camcorder!

I happen to have that green dress in the first picture. It is from J. McLaughlin:

http://www.jmclaughlin.com/

It's from last year, so I'm not sure if it's still available. But, if you like it, I bet you'll like their other stuff too. They actually usually have a booth at Devon too(under one of the East grandstands).

Happy shopping!
