View Full Version : Barn Suggestions in Annapolis / Calvert MD Area

I am looking for somewhere to board my two year old gelding.
Requirements -
He is easy to handle, but I want a place where folks are used to babies.
Good turnout / pasture
Horse smart folks on premesis (doesn't have to be the person running the barn)
Availability of alternate handling / care (I am traveling a lot these days and can't make it out to the barn nearly as often as I should)
Flexible feeding
Outdoor ring
Strong desires -
Indoor ring
Jumper / hunter / or mix barn
Barn where I can find rides to shows
Allows outside trainers
I am not sure where I should have posted this kind of request, and if it does not belong here, I apologize. I am posting an identical message on the hunter jumper and horse care forums.

This question has been asked over and over, do a search, you will find ALOT of options. Maybe in addition to those you will find on revious posts, call Millie Welsh at Graden. She has a small place and provides great care! No trainer there, and its 24/7 field board, but a good option for a young one. 410-798-4211
