Lease/Trial Contract

Im trying to find a good contract for the possibility of my pony going on a trial. We are treating it more as a lease, so I could possibly modify a lease agreement. But any good ideas or links to a trial agreement would be great!

Also, anything specific that I need to put in it? I have my basic idea plus some specifics that I know I need to put in, but I think I might forget something.

I have had good luck with equine legal solutions. Just google them and their site will come up. They have a contract for pretty much everything equine. I just make modifications specific to my needs.
