Does anyone have any Prix Caprilli tests which they would share? We used to do those quite a bit and they are really fun, so I was trying to locate some actual test sheets to offer for my students.

We do them at a little dressage show here, and they are on our website
www.idahodressageandeventing.org. They are so fun in the middle of a dressage show!

Here is a link to Lendons Youth Dressage Festival, she includes them as a fun thing to do at the festival.
Also I know that ieodressage.org has started doing a prix caprilli at their shows as well they may be able to help.

Thanks everyone.
There was one I rode through years ago which included cavaletti, an oxer, a vertical and an in and out. Mike Matthews had organized the class at Bloomfield Hunt and it was really fun, but I didn't save a copy! It was also used by Laddy Andehazey at Lake Erie College. Those two gentlemen are no longer with us, so I can't ask them.

The only ones I ever see any more include two jumps, about two feet high. Not even worth it.

Yeah, but the DQs quake at the thought of jumping even a foot...dressage is a tool unto itself vs. anything useable for other facets of riding. I love the Caprilli tests, amazing how Von Pregaljaster's Left Wingnut and his rider melt at the thought of a jump.

Gee, this seems rather snobby and un-eventer like.

Umm, when I started showing in dressage all tests had a jump,at the end, outside the ring next to B or E. Two foot six to three feet. But then First Level was the first level then too.
(That was shortly after the invention of the wheel.)

Huh? I made no commentary on dressage or dressage riders and their jumping skills. (that was someone else) :D
I just don't feel like it's worth making a whole extra test/class to include two itty bitty jumps. Also, the tests offered around here are routinely cancelled for no entries so the comment is also colored by that fact--nobody really seems to bother with them.
I've never entered one--don't want to be in a class with maybe one other person, learn another test, just for the excitement of trotting a 2 foot vertical.
