Person Didn't Send Money

Hi,
I gave away a nice item through the forum just to "pay it forward". It has been 2 months and the person, who received the item, hasn't sent the shipping money. While the money isn't a huge amount it makes me angry that such a common courtesy isn't being acted on when the item itself was easily 50$. Admin, is there anything I can do?
