Due to supplier issues, I'm looking to switch away from Buckeye. Based on local availability, I'm thinking of the following changes ...

from Buckeye's Gro N Win to Hallway Feeds' Stamm 30

http://hallwayfeeds.com/?our-feed-products/stamm-30trade-.html#

And from Buckeye Senior Pelleted to Kent Dynasty Senior

http://www.kentfeeds.com/products/equine/dynasty/dynasty.php

Will be feeding Stamm 30 to ulcery 7 yo TB in very little work and 11 yo medium pony in little work. Kent Senior to 32 yo retired TB. Free choice grass hay and pasture available 24/7.

Am I overlooking a nutritional hole? Anything I should know about these brands/feeds?

Thanks!

I love Kent feeds. Their Kent Dynasty Pride feed is excellent, it's a complete feed in large pellet form.

Unfortunately, Kent feeds are becoming more and more difficult to obtain, most feed stores say it's becoming "obsolete".

I also like Kent feeds. Good fixed-formula feeds with higher quality mineral sources at reasonable prices.

I was so disappointed when TSC switched from Kent to Purina.

I use Dynasty Pride as treats--very economical and the horses love them!
