Those who do their own Fecal Counts...Microscope question

So I went to the expo, sat in on a talk, and previously this past week had talked with my vet about over deworming. I'm buying a fecal kit....but need a microscope. What grade do I need? Would a Stellar 1950's microscope work? Anyone out there with any insight? I can search ebay too, but don't know what I'm looking for. I have 30 horses right now and it would be MUCH easier for me to do fecals then to just deworm. :)

Thanks! If my half-Luso filly had been a bay colt, we would have used the name Hampton Bay. But it didn't fit for a filly :)
