I just realized that mine does. I'm not impressed and will most likely be looking for a different carrier. My horse has not had EPM, so this is not an exclusion based on a pre-existing condition or anything.
I'm wondering if perhaps this is a regional issue (I'm in the Southeast), and the carrier has excluded EPM to avoid paying out the ~$900 for Marquis ...
