How to Join FEI?

This seems like a really silly question, but how exactly does one join the FEI? I've looked all over their website, as well as the USEA and USEF website, and I can't seem to find anywhere a section where I can purchase a membership and a horse passport. Since I'm pretty sure the moose-like mare is going to get to do her first ** this year, I probably need to stop putting off getting her a passport... I know a lot of people out there compete at the FEI levels so I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction!

FEI registrations and passports are handled through the USEF.

fivecats (love that name, by the way!), I thought that might be the case, but I can't figure out how to do it on the USEF website either. Maybe I'm just missing something obvious?
