Hi Everyone:
I got this horse about a year ago. Just wanted some opinions on his conformation and training progress. I bought him to event probably to training level (possible preliminary, if we can quickly work through some of his mental baggage). Lately we have been working on a lot of dressage (he needs balance work with his canter) and single fences of about 2'9"-3'3".

The following link are of pictures that were taken of him at the hunter farm where his previous owner bought him from:

The following link are of pictures that were taken of he and I in a dressage lesson this past Saturday:

Any opinions/critiques would be welcomed (although please keep it civil).

Thanks!

I just want to say that I love his markings :D. I have a dark bay with a star and two hind socks and another one with a star and two front socks; you're guy would complete my dark bay with stars and socks set .

He is very cute! I'm not a confo expert by any stretch, but it does look like he has a fairly upright shoulder and he appears to be somewhat straight behind. He looks like he has a great attitude and is a hard worker, and that counts a lot more then great conformation in the eventing world :).
