Breed Brand Jewelry Question

Does anybody know if the different warmblood breed brand symbols are subject to trademark/copyright laws? I want to get some jewelry made for my farm with the brands of my various breeds (Dutch Warmblood, Oldenburg, Berlin-Brandenburg and Trakehner) but I do not want to violate any laws to do this.

I would appreciate it if anyone knows the answer to this.

As far as copyright, I don't know. I would think the registeries would appreciate the promotion but that's only an opinion.
