It's very hard to answer this without more detail/information. For example:

Feeding: How many horses? What kind of horses? What do they do? How is their body condition? What are they eating now?

Care of tack: What kind of tack? What are you using on it now? What kind of condition is it in?

Grooming: Anything specific you're trying to achieve here? Is the horse clipped? What part of the country are you in?

Riding: What kind of riding do you do? What level are you at? Do you have a horse? Lease a horse? Do you ride with a trainer?

Flies: What part of the country are you in? Flies in the barn? Flies on the horse? Both?

Give people a little more to work with and I bet you'll get some helpful responses!
