I am horribly tempted to order the horse version of Ambo Health's fish oil for myself. I can use 15 mLs for 80 cents per day with Wellpride versus the $2 plus if I order the Omega Cure people product.
Those of you who use Wellpride on your horses....any reason why I should not order the horse version of their fish oil for myself?

I don't use Wellpride but I have been told there is a difference between the products made for animals and the products made for people. People supplements have to be a purer food grade, as opposed to feed grade.
Why don't you just go down to the discount drug store and find something that's less expensive than the brand you were going to use? God knows there's enough different brands out there to choose from. ;)

I agree with Cherry...I think the people version has higher standards. I used to feed Wellpride to my horse until she developed some joint issues and I switched to a specific joint supplement. But, I called Wellpride and they said I could start giving it to my dog, no problem. Didn't ask if I could take it...
