Where in central FL? I know of a great one in Plant City. He's pricey, but he completely fixed my mare in one visit, after the vet thought she was just "muscle sore".
I'll dig up his info and PM it to you.

Dr. Sean Redman is wonderful. Quiet, kind, very sensitive to the horse's issues and needs. He is also a veterinarian, but now exclusively in chiropractic practice. We met him when he worked at Rood and Riddle in Lexington, and he practices near Orlando/Ocala now. He kept a mare of mine sound when no other traditional veterinary medicine was effective. I think he is wonderful. 859-221-2426

You can also call Peterson & Smith for a recommendation. I know they have an acupuncturist on staff, but I believe they also have a chiropractor. Central Florida Equine (Dr. Roberts) also does. I have to call them in May for Jor's Anhydrosis acupuncture treatment.
