I have a coming 5 yr old that I am going to take to her MPT this year and was wondering if you all could tell me what they basically want to see and the level of training.

I took my mare through the ISR/OLD MPT this past summer as a 6 year old with 1 schooling show under her belt.
The assessed her at the W/T/C under saddle - judging rideability. We were not asked to do anything beyond what a basic flat class would require. She was a bit excited, and did not stay perfectly round/was a little more forward than at home (I do jumpers - she was looking for her jumps!).
They also watched her go (riderless) prior the the free jumping portion - assessing basic gaits.
The free jumping portion started with a small grid, and they raised the fences gradually. She ended up jumping out at 4'6 (not sure if that is the height they normally go for?).
Good luck to you and your mare!

Probably depends on registry
I did some digging to find the Holsteiner one online. I can forward if that's the one you need.

Which registry are you doing the MPT with? Some ask for more than others--for example, Holsteiner requires the mares to be jumped under saddle.
