I think it would drum up more activity for the classifieds.

Eek, I'm sorry enjoytheride, I didn't notice this until now!

No, for the time being, services cannot be advertised. The reasoning being that there's no easy way to draw a line as to WHAT services can be offered, and the people at COTH don't want to lose the stalwarts of the print classifieds to the cheaper online classifieds.
