Can anyone tell me about these? Have you used them, did you like them? Have you had problems with horses eating them? I have only used pine shavings, pine sawdust, bagged shavings and recently cedar sawdust (which I absolutely loved but at around 450 a load was getting out of hand). I can get the cypress shavings for around 15.00 a load (plus delivery)!! Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I used very course cypress sawdust for years, love it, does not smell as good as pine. The little saw mill sold mostly rough cut cypress so there was very little shaving avalible. My horses didn't eat it. Wish I could get it now. Go for it!

Neighborhood wood butcher was planing cypress planks for a project. Made a lot of nice shavings. He bagged them in trash bags for us or the trash pick-up. Cypress shaving kept our stalls dry and comfy for a little effort to pick them up.
